As an AI Research Intern, you will work on developing, training, and optimizing AI models that power our intelligent hiring and learning platforms. You will collaborate with a team of software developers to explore and develop AI solutions.

Responsibilities
  •  Research and experiment with AI/ML models for AI-driven agents in talent management applications
  •  Develop, train, and fine-tune ML models
  •  Assist in data collection, preprocessing, and analysis
  •  Document findings, experiments, and results to contribute to the AI research and development of intelligent agents.

Must Have
  •  Currently pursuing B.Tech/B.E./M.Tech in CS, AI or related fields (Graduating in 2027)
  •  Strong interest in AI research, ML models, and automation
  •  Basic knowledge of Python or Java for AI/ML development
  •  Understanding of machine learning fundamentals

Nice to Have
  •  Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
  •  Familiarity with large language models (LLMs) and generative AI
  •  Hands-on experience with NLP, deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch)
  •  Knowledge of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation
